<p>SBONGILE ‘SBOSH’ TSHABALALA from Fitness Family in Alex has wished all the women of South Africa a blessed Mother’s Day last week. “ And they shouldn’t forget to go to the gym. Getting in shape goes far beyond just looking physically amazing. It’s the ultimate flex of self respect. “You have to work every bit of it with your habits, consistency, effort and determination. The physical results will become just like the icing on the cake in your fitness journey and the real prize is the person you become,” she said. Sbosh said that the other thing that proves that women are the rocks, is that “these new notes recognise mothers.</p>

<p>“I wish all the mothers to have these new notes. Sbosh is always in the forefront, ensuring that women took gym seriously. Through her dedication and expertise, Sbosh has recently helped the community of Alex and neighborhood with gymnastics tips. She provided free aerobics to them through her Fitness Family Club. The event took place at Kwa- Bhekilanga Sports ground in Alex. The event, co-organized by ward 105 councilor Teffo Raphadu, was supported by Alex Biokinetics, Copt, Sanca and the city of Johannesburg. The purpose of the event was to remind Alex residents of the significance of gymnastics. According to Sbos, Alex Biokinetics is the vehicle that creates a quality of life through physical activities. She said she felt blessed, honored and humbled by the success of the event.</p>

<p>“People of Alex have truly shown that they are willing to do regular exercises. And in the process, it will reduce diabetes, joint pain, obesity, and so forth. “I am very happy that we had more than 100 people, young and old who came to the event, and it was our first event,” Sbosh said. She said the event was attended by diff erent clubs such as FFF Health Club from Norwood, Run Alex, River Park Aerobics, Altrec Gigi’s Gym, among others. “It shows how much people want to look after their health and bodies. I just want to thank everybody for their love and support, as well as the people who sponsored us: Dlozi’s Car Wash, Silence Inn, Copt, Sanca and Vuma Fibre Reach. “I hope to hosting more events like that in future,” said.</p>
